Rodrigo Olmedo

Rodrigo is the founder of uGlobally, a European company that supports startups in building their international expansion strategies.

He has already connected more than 800 players and startups from over 45 countries, working with governments, corporations, and technology companies around the world. He is an advisor, speaker, and facilitator for European Union programs, and also mentors at several global accelerators.

Fernanda Neumann

Fernanda is the COO of uGlobally and a specialist in internationalization processes for startups and ecosystems.

With 12 years of experience, she leads uGlobally’s operations and the redesign of traditional expansion models, having already supported more than 800 startups and stakeholders from over 45 countries with agile, practical strategies.

Gabriel Izaguirre

Gabriel Izaguirre is the Director of the UK-Brazil Tech Hub at the British Embassy, leading initiatives aimed at strengthening the technology and innovation ecosystem in Brazil, promoting impact-driven entrepreneurship, and expanding opportunities for underrepresented groups.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Federal University of ABC and has over eight years of experience in diplomacy, international cooperation, and program management, with a focus on public policy development.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

PHASE I - PARTICIPANT SELECTION

Who can participate?
Companies from Latin America, including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela, that are in incubation, acceleration, or have graduated from any public or private institution, and meet the following criteria:

  • Operational activity in the last fiscal year;

  • At least one product or service at the commercialization stage;

  • Legally registered in their country of origin.

PHASE II - INTERNATIONALIZATION DIAGNOSIS

A strategic evaluation to understand where your startup stands and guide your next steps:

  • Analysis of your company’s international readiness;

  • Mapping strengths, risks, and areas to improve;

  • Personalized recommendations based on maturity;

  • Practical tools for planning and decision-making.

PHASE III - BOOTCAMP:

PHASE IV - GROUP MENTORING

Eight mentoring sessions in groups to encourage interaction, discussion, and exchange of knowledge. 

8 Groups of 18-20 participants will be formed by sector and maturity.

PHASE V -
1:1 MENTORING

Selection of the 15 most promising startups;  2 hours of mentoring, 1h national + 1h international.

PHASE VI -
uGlobally Hub

Four months of free access to uGlobally’s online platform with exclusive lessons, personalized programs, tools, and solutions to take your business further. Check the platform!

 

International Readiness Diagnosis

Evaluates each startup’s stage and supports the definition of priorities for its international journey.

Strategic Planning with AI

An intelligent copilot trained by uGlobally that guides the expansion plan based on the diagnosis and the applied methodology

Market Calculator

Helps startups compare countries and identify the markets with the greatest potential for success.

Registration is per company up to three professionals per startup can participate.
