Who we are

uGlobally B.V., a private limited company headquartered in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 70311862, and uGlobally BV Treinamento LTDA, based in Curitiba, Brazil, registered under CNPJ 43.286.241/0001-51, act as joint controllers of the personal data processed on this website and through its forms.

We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018). This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it and what you can ask of us.

What we collect

Only what you give us in a form, and basic information about how the site is used.

• Contact form (Get in touch)your profile (ecosystem builder, corporate or startup), name, work email, organization, website and, if you write one, your message.
• Orbis early accessyour work email.
• Orbis beta program applicationcompany and contact details, company profile, international stage and the pitch deck you attach. This form is hosted by monday.com.
• Tools you buy or downloadthe details needed to deliver the assessment, calculator or template, and the payment confirmation from PayPal. We never see your card details.
• Site usagepages visited, approximate location, device and how you arrived, through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

• To reply to youand send the next step on the request you made.
• To run programs and select companiessuch as the Orbis beta program.
• To deliver the toolsand the reports that come with them.
• To send the updates you asked forsuch as Orbis launch news when you join early access. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the site and our servicesusing aggregated statistics.

Research and reports we publish only use anonymized or aggregated data. No person or company is identified individually.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the steps needed before or to perform a contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in answering business requests and improving our services, always weighed against your rights.

Who helps us process your data

We do not sell or rent personal data. We use these providers, under data processing terms that follow the GDPR and the LGPD:

• Make.comreceives the website forms and passes them to our CRM and email.
• monday.comour CRM, where requests and applications are stored, and the host of the beta application form.
• Google Workspace and Google Analyticsemail and site statistics.
• PayPalpayments for the tools.
• Our website hosting providerwhich stores the site and its data.

Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area or Brazil. In those cases transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

We also share data when the law or an authority requires it, or when you explicitly authorize it.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. The site also keeps two small preferences in your browser: your language (PT or EN) and whether you closed a campaign notice. They contain no personal data. You can clear them, or block cookies, in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. As a rule, up to 12 months after the end of the relationship or the last interaction, unless a law or contract requires longer. Anonymized data that can no longer identify anyone may be kept for research and benchmarking.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, give you access to it, correct it, delete or anonymize it, move it to another provider, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the Brazilian ANPD.

Write to info@uglobally.com with the subject "Data request" and your full name. We reply within 30 days.

We update this page when the law or the way we work changes. The current version is always here.
