Soft-Landing EU, funded by Horizon 2020, connected tech companies with opportunities in The Netherlands and India. The project faced challenges in scouting high-potential startups, requiring thorough evaluation to select the best participants. Organizing delegations involved complex logistics, including travel coordination and meeting schedules across both countries. Providing tailored market guidance was also critical, as startups needed expert advice on entry strategies and navigating market regulations to ensure successful international expansion.

IMPACT AND RESULTS
1/3 of startups scaled to a foreign market and 1/5 attracted funding. Across the program: 201 ecosystem-builder participations, 124 startup representatives, and a 39,800+ community. One of uGlobally’s earliest EU-funded programs.
