Maria Raicoski is a specialist in organizational and business agility, as well as topics such as strategic design, innovation, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Operations Manager at uGlobally and, in 2024, also as a partner in Brazil. With a background in engineering and analytical intelligence, she has held roles as Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master in projects covering various themes, with a focus on sectors such as energy, agribusiness, healthcare, and general industries. Since 2020, she has been active in the Brazilian innovation ecosystem, leading projects with major market players and, more recently, supporting international expansion through agile methods and strategy.
