At uGlobally, we have revolutionized traditional international expansion processes, creating a faster and more efficient model tailored to the needs of tech companies. We have successfully collaborated with over 800 startups and stakeholders from 45+ countries. My role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of uGlobally, ensuring that the organization's operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals and objectives. I also contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities, securing funding, building and managing teams across six different nations, and networking with industry leaders and partners.

Rodrigo Olmedo is a Brazilian entrepreneur with a marketing and international business background. He has lived on three continents and co-founded two companies - one digital marketing agency and uGlobally, an organization that helps tech companies access the global market. Through uGlobally, Rodrigo has already involved +800 influential ecosystem players and startups from +45 nationalities in its projects. He supports all the way from governments with their startup attraction strategies to corporates searching for international innovations and tech companies building their global expansion roadmap. In addition to that, Rodrigo is a business advisor, a speaker at different events, a facilitator of European projects, and a mentor for accelerator programs worldwide.

Maria Raicoski is a specialist in organizational and business agility, as well as topics such as strategic design, innovation, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Operations Manager at uGlobally and, in 2024, also as a partner in Brazil. With a background in engineering and analytical intelligence, she has held roles as Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master in projects covering various themes, with a focus on sectors such as energy, agribusiness, healthcare, and general industries. Since 2020, she has been active in the Brazilian innovation ecosystem, leading projects with major market players and, more recently, supporting international expansion through agile methods and strategy.

Rafael Rodrigues is an internationalist and tech companies advisor, currently serving as the Business and International Projects Manager at uGlobally. With a background in International Relations, Business Administration, and both Project and Product Management, Rafael is now pursuing an MBA in International Business and Globalization of Companies, as well as a Master of Science degree in Business Development and Innovation. Since 2020, he has been actively involved in the Brazilian tech ecosystem, leading a national startups competition that focused on market expansion for Brazilian tech companies and had international experiences in Türkiye, Egypt, Germany, Portugal and Italy.

Acknowledged entrepreneurship lecturer and advisor with multiple years of international experience of helping startups to scale their businesses and to successfully attract investment for their businesses (Seed, Series A and B). Combining academic and practical knowledge on startups and scaleups, I can help, particularly sustainable ventures, to understand better dynamics and possible bottlenecks of growing and funding a new innovative venture. In the past, we had several successful (and unsuccessful) European fundraising projects for women-led and/or sustainable startups that helped us to understand profoundly what investors (including venture capitalists) may look for and may ask about when they examine business plans and pitch decks. In addition, I have been involved in an international project of ecosystem analysis and scaleup program design led by United Nations Industrial Development (UNIDO) and Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship. I have had numerous workshops and courses on how to start and run a new business in the Netherlands and abroad.

João Arthur Netto, a bachelor student originally from Porto Alegre (Brazil), currently based in Europe. His academic focus mainly lies in the Dutch-German relations, having studied both at Universität Münster (Germany) and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (Netherlands). João has a passion for interculturality and languages, fluently speaking Portuguese, English, German and Dutch. He is also interested international relations, mainly in entrepreneurship and trade. Currently, he is finishing his bachelor's degree and starting as the new International Projects Intern at uGlobally.

Maurice Beckand Verwee serves as a board member and investor at uGlobally. With experience as the founder of Crosspring B.V., Maurice has helped startups from all over the world grow and develop since 2006. Based in the Nethelerands, Maurice is an expert in dealmaking, technology, and intellectual property valuations.
