At uGlobally, we have revolutionized traditional international expansion processes, creating a faster and more efficient model tailored to the needs of tech companies. We have successfully collaborated with over 800 startups and stakeholders from 45+ countries. My role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of uGlobally, ensuring that the organization's operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals and objectives. I also contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities, securing funding, building and managing teams across six different nations, and networking with industry leaders and partners.
