Designing and running a GIA acceleration program for Enterprise Singapore
End-to-end design and operational delivery of a GIA (Global Innovation Alliance) acceleration and soft-landing program funded by Enterprise Singapore, running two flows: Singaporean startups entering the Dutch and European market, and Dutch startups going to Singapore.

IMPACT AND RESULTS
uGlobally designed and ran the program end to end, accelerating 14 startups across two cohorts between Singapore and the Netherlands, delivering 9 online workshops from goal-setting to a final Pitch Showcase, plus mentoring, investor matchmaking, an in-country agenda and Demo Day. Enterprise Singapore renewed the 1-year pilot into a 3-year contract in 2026.
